JAMMU, Mar 4: J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president, Prof Saif-ud-Din Soz has nominated former MLA Billawar and senior Congress leader, Th Balbir Singh as special invitee to the PCC Executive Committee meets.
A PCC spokesman said that as per the order issued by the PCC chief, the former MLA has been authorized to attend all the meetings of the PCC Executive as a special invitee. He stated that another senior Congress leader Aslam Goni from Bhaderwah, has already been nominated as special invitee to the PCC Executive meets.
