JAMMU, Apr 21: Naveen Bali was today declared elected for the post of president, Jammu Chemist Association (JCA) while Prem Sharma as general secretary.
The election for the posts was conducted here today under the overall control of panel of returning officers, JP Gupta, Manohar Verma and Anil Malhotra.
Ramesh Khurana, general secretary, North Zone, was also present as a central observer.
