JAMMU, Jan 17: Balvinder Singh has been elected as president while Parshotam Kumar as secretary general of PHE Retired Employees Welfare Association, Jammu Province.
In a meeting of the retired PHE employees held here today under the chairmanship of Haji Fazal Din, Balvinder Singh was unanimously elected as president of the PHE Retired Employees Welfare Association, a new body framed for projecting retirees issues.
Four vice presidents elected are-Amrik Singh, Baldev Singh, Rakesh Kumar and Satpal Singh; Parshotam Kumar-secretary general, four secretaries are-Janak Raj, Jawahar Lal, Ravi Kumar and Paramjeet Singh; Jyoti Kumar as treasurer, three advisors are- Haji Fazal Din, Vijay Kumar and Rattan Lal while Madan Lal is executive member.
