The ban order of DC Jammu on sale purchase of Gair mumkin is a kind of harassment to the public. If JDA and Housing Department can develop colonies in khads, then why the Government has imposed ban on private Landlords to sell or develop their land?
Land of khad can not be considered as a source of water because its water is not for public consumption. In case water is not available then it can not be said that the land of khad is a water source. Besides, if a nallah has been constructed near it, it can’t be considered as a khad. Therefore the land near the Nallah is Gair mumkin khad should be exempted from the ban order.
