POONCH, Feb 23: To protest against the imposition of Property Tax, Bar Association Poonch (BAP) has decided to suspend work in all courts tomorrow.
BAR officials said that a meeting was held under the Chairmanship of president S.A Manhas, in which all members including senior and junior advocates participated and have unanimously decided to abstain from work in all the courts including revenue and other courts on February.
This step is in the protest against imposition of property tax vide Govt 24. S.O number 87 dated 21st February by Housing and Urban Development Department of J&K Union Territory.
