JAMMU, Mar 22: A meeting of Executive Committee of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court Bar Association, Jammu was held for discussion on various agendas relating to lawyers fraternity, at Dr A S Anand Bar Library, High Court Complex, Jammu.
The agendas put up for discussion included; change of timing during summers, e-filing system adopted in District Courts, enhancement in maintenance charges of Lawyers Chambers, court timings of Revenue Courts including J&K Special Tribunal, State Commission, Financial, Divisional and Deputy Commissioner Courts, besides other important agendas pertaining to the affairs of the Bar.
The meeting was attended by number Advocates who expressed their respective views during the discussion. It was unanimously decided in the meeting that a representation shall be moved before the Chief Justice of High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, requesting him to redress the genuine demands of the Bar.
The meeting was commenced by president BAJ K Nirmal Kotwal and thereafter, deliberations and discussions on the issues took place and opinions of the members present in the meeting were sought.
