Bar Association meets SSP Kishtwar

KISHTWAR, Jan 28: A delegation of District Bar Association Kishtwar, led by its president, Advocate Sheikh Nasir Hussain here today met Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kishtwar, Javed Iqbal and discussed several issues.
The delegation raised concern regarding the security of advocates and smooth functioning of the judicial system.
Members of the delegation emphasized the need for enhanced security arrangements in and around the Court premises to ensure a safe and conducive environment for legal practitioners and litigants.
The issue of hassle-free movement of vehicles and proper parking arrangements outside Court premises was also raised, stressing on the importance of organized traffic management to avoid congestion and smooth access for advocates and visitors.
Other pressing issues concerning the legal fraternity and general public were also discussed.
The SSP assured the delegation of full cooperation to resolve the issues raised during the discussion.
The delegation comprised Bar Association vice president, Subash Sharma; joint secretary, Suman Bhandari; senior member and former president, O.P Parihar and Rajesh Sharma.
