JAMMU, July 8: J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu under the chairmanship of its President M K Bhardwaj organized an interaction, counseling and oath ceremony function.
Speaking on the occasion, Bar President advised the new entrants not to indulge themselves in any illegal and unlawful activities in any manner whatsoever throughout their legal career. He further advised them to work hard throughout their career to achieve greater heights in the legal profession.
Quoting the examples of numerous Advocates from the Bar Association, who made substantive progress in their professional career through hard work, he presented set of books containing criminal manual, CPC and Specific Relief Act as an expression and token of love for the new members enrolled in the Bar Association.
The newly enrolled members were administered oath that they shall uphold the sovereignty and integrity of Bar and Bench and that they shall bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India as by law established that they shall fully discharge their professional duties.
All the office bearers namely Mohinder Pal Singh Pali, Vice President, Surjeet Singh Andotra, General Secretary, Aditya Sharma, Joint Secretary and Amandeep Singh, Treasurer, Rohit Sharma (YLA President), Gagandeep Singh Lucky (YLA Vice President), Yaseer Farooq Khan (YLA General Secretary), Karanjeet Singh Johal Joint Secretary (YLA), Naresh Kumar Treasurer (YLA) and many senior and young members of the Bar Association participated.
