SAMBA, May 5: Enforcing COVID-19 protocol /preventive measures to contain the spread of Coronavirus in the district, Samba Police today sealed a bar and booked its owner.
Acting on an information through reliable sources that one Sahil Bar & Restaurant situated near hospital road NHW Samba was not following COVID-19 SOP /guidelines and violating the restrictions order issued by the District Magistrate Samba. on this a Police team of PS Samba headed by Inspector Sudhir Sadotra alongwith Executive Magistrate Samba, rushed to the spot, sealed the bar and booked the owner for violating COVID-19 norms & relaxation conditions imposed by District Administration.
In this regard, a case FIR No. 144/2021 U/S 188 IPC, 51 Disaster Management Act has been registered in P/S Samba and further investigation started.
