SAMBA, Oct 16: Bari Brahmana police recovered 100 grams of stolen Gold ornaments.
Police said that during an investigation of case FIR 185/2021 under section 454/380 IPC Bari Brahmana police interrogated an accused namely Mehboob Akhter, son of Shamsdin of village Dodla tehsil, Basholi district, Kathua at present Telli Basti, Bari Brahmana and during sustained interrogation he confessed his involvement in CASE FIR NO. 185/2021 under section 454/380/IPC of Police Station Bari Brahmana and also disclosed the place where he had concealed the stolen Golden ornaments.
On his disclosure police party led by PSI Maneesh Sharma under the supervision of SHO Bari Brahmana, Rajesh Sharma and SDPO Bari Brahmana, Nihar Ranjan recovered 100 grams of golden ornaments from Telli Basti area of Bari Brahmana. The whole operation was carried out under the direct supervision of SSP Samba, Rajesh Sharma.
