NEW DELHI, May 27: In restricted activity, barley prices strengthened by Rs 10 per quintal at the wholesale grains market today on increased demand from consuming industries.
However, other grains remained steady in thin trade.
Traders said rising demand from consuming industries mainly kept barley prices higher.
In the national capital, barley advanced by Rs 10 to Rs 1,600-1,620 per quintal.
