RAJOURI, Sept 22: Jammu and Kashmir BJP senior leader and Prabhari Nowshera district, Sanjay Baru, along with district president, Neena Sharma chaired a meeting at Lamberi to review the ongoing programmes of the party.
District office bearers, Mandal presidents, elected representatives and senior leaders of the party, attended these meetings.
Sanjay Kumar Baru, while addressing the meetings, said that the Government headed by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has proved itself to be the Government of the poor and the needy. The Modi Government always thinks about the welfare of the needy and the last person living in the most dilapidated conditions while framing its policies, Baru said and added that in the last nine years of Modi Government, landmark decisions have been taken to empower the poor sections of the society.
He had all the praises for the party activists of the region for their active participation in the service programmes and especially the “Meri Mati, Mera Desh” to collect the Mitti (soil) to contribute in the “Amrit Vatika” coming up in the national Capital promoting the sense of oneness among all the countrymen.
Providing the details of the forthcoming party programmes to the party activists, Sanjay Baru asked them to contribute their maximum time in the Booth Sashaktikaran Programme and undertake the Abhiyaan on a massive level. He also asked them to celebrate the birthday of Maharaja Hari Singh , listen to Mann Ki Baat and celebrate the birthday of Deen Dayal Upadhyay with zest and zeal.
Neena Sharma, while addressing, said that all the programmes under the Sewa Saptah have been ensured on the ground level in the district Nowshera. She said that the party activists of the district are fully prepared to sweep the upcoming Urban Local Bodies elections and Panchayat elections.
General secretary, Pritam, DDC Sangeeta Sharma, district vice president, Bhupendra Singh Tiger, district president, BJYM Ranjit Singh Chib, district president, Ashok Chib, Captain (retd) Ramesh, district secretary, Gandarv Singh Chib, district Nowshera Social Media in charge, Kundan Sudan, district secretary, Bihari Singh, Mandal presidents and others were amongst the prominent present in the meeting.
