Basotra lambasts Nirmal for outrageous statement on Army

JAMMU, May 15: Advocate Pankaj Basotra, member, Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) and State general secretary, Pradesh Youth Congress (PYC) today lambasted Nirmal Singh, ex-Deputy CM, for his statement that Indain Army is harassing the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
While addressing a meeting of newly elected block presidents of Billawar constituency, Pankaj Basotra said that Nirmal Singh has sold the mandate of the people of Billawar constituency to the separatist leadership which is unbearable to the people of State especially the people of Billawar.
He said that Nirmal Singh is speaking the language of separatists to satisfy their masters and follow their footprints for the sake of power. It is highly objectionable that BJP and its leadership are using such anti-national and anti-people move for their political and personal gains while compromising the national interest.
Basotra questions the Central leadership of BJP including Prime Minister Narendra Modi as to why they are mute spectator over this issue of national importance. “Where is their nationalism stand now for which they not miss a single occasion to taught nationalism to country men.
Basotra also demanded CBI enquiry into the alleged scam in Himgiri Infrastructure Development company in which, he said, there is a bungling of crores of rupees by the BJP leadership of J&K. He also demanded the immediate resignation of Dr Nirmal Singh and Kavinder Gupta.
