JAMMU, July 25: A delegation of Bari Brahmana Industrial Association (BBIA) called on Chairman-cum-Chief Executive officer Of the J&K Bank R K Chhibber and discussed various issues related to the Industrial sector.
Led by BBIA Chairman, Lalit Majahan, the delegation brought several issues to the notice of Chhibber and hoped that he would resolve the issues of the Industrial sector under his control. They projected the issues with regard to time bound renewal of cash credit limits, valuation of fixed assets by approved valuers of Bank after five years instead of three years, settlement of pending cases of M/s DMS Petro Chemicals P Ltd through National company law Tribunal Chandigarh, Non-acceptance of Bank guarantee of the J&K Bank by Northern Command under the Ministry of Defence, development of green belt park strips in front of J&K Bank Premises, I/C Bari Brahmana Branch and other related issues.
The Bank Chairman assured the delegation to resolve the issues on priority. Prominent BBIA members those who accompanied Majahan included- Tarun Singla, Ajay Langar, Viraaj Malhotra, Rajesh Jain, and Vivek Singhal.
