JAMMU, Aug 28: Bari Brahmana Industries Association (BBIA) organised interactive meeting of unit holders with the Managing Director of J&K SIDCO at BBIA Bhawan today.
While welcoming the newly placed MD, Amit Sharma, the president of BBIA, Lalit Mahajan highlighted various issues related to the industrial sector. Mahajan projected the issues pertaining to land transfer cases, making functional the ICD with Rail Link and clearance of goods from Bari Brahmana Industrial complex for free movement at Lakhanpur to reduce the lead time, development of land adjoining to bund, preparation of project report for the upgradation of infrastructure in phase-I, II and EPIP complex under the MSME, status to acquire 2000 kanal land adjoining to EPIP complex, cleaning contract for the BBIA complex, un-authorised parking of trucks on road side at KC Chowk and near Coca Cola depot, delegation of powers to GM, SIDCO Jammu for the grant of permission for the change of constitution/ liner of activity/ lien marking of bank/ROC and alternate road to the complex.
The MD while interacting, assured the BBIA members to resolve the issues related to the Industrial sector on priority basis.
Prominent among those who attended the interactive session included Rahul Bansal- senior vice president BBIA, Varun Singla- vice president, Rakesh Bhat- general secretary, P S Jaggi- secretary and Viraaj Malhotra- treasurer.
