REASI, Sept 5: In a meeting Chairpersons of Block Development Councils (BDCs) of Reasi formed new Association and elected Chander Mohan Singh, Chairman BDC Panthal Block as Association president.
A handout stated that Singh has been authorized by the Association to deal with day-to-day activities with the district administration.
The Association also made Pawan Kumar Sharma, Chairman BDC Pouni as its Vice President and authorized him to perform duties of Association president in his absence.
