KISHTWAR, Oct 9: Block Development Officer (BDO) office gutted in fire, which broke out under mysterious circumstances, here today.
As per police sources, fire broke out in the office of BDO under mysterious circumstances.
On getting information, a team from Kishtwar police station rushed to the spot and a team of fire fighters along with three fire tenders were pressed to douse the flames.
After hectic efforts, the fire was brought under control, but till then the record kept in the office was reduced to ashes.
No injury or casualty has been reported in the incident.
Kishtwar police has taken cognizance in this regard.
Meanwhile, MoS Sunil Sharma along with DC GN Balwan and SSP Sandeep Wazir reached the spot and assessed the situation.
