SRINAGAR, Mar 17: An 18-year old girl was injured when a bear attacked her in Sopore on Sunday evening.
A police spokesman said Shaida Banoo daughter of Bhulan Mohi-u-Din Lone of Soin Sadnar was attacked by a bear in Soin Sadnar forest in Baramulla district.
“She sustained injuries in the attack and was immediately rushed to the District Hospital Baramulla for treatment,” the spokesman said.
