JAMMU, June 16: Bethel Bhavan Society distributed dry ration among the needy persons in Christian Colony, here today.
The drive was organised under the leadership of Thomas Paul, president of the Society wherein former MLC Ravinder Sharma, Councillor Ritu Choudhary and many other prominent citizens participated in ration distribution drive.
“The poor people are finding difficult to earn their livelihood due to COVID pandemic. The generous public should come forward to help the needy,” said president of the Society. The society wished to continue such programmes of helping poor in future also.
Ravinder Sharma lauded the efforts of the Society to help the needy at this crucial time and also appealed people to come forward for this noble cause.
