Beyonce, Rihanna demand racial justice in new campaign

LOS ANGELES, July 14:  Beyonce Knowles, Rihanna, Alicia Keys are teaming up for a new Mic campaign against police brutality in the US.
Other celebrities who join the powerful “23 Ways You Could Be Killed If You Are Black in America” PSA include Pharrell Williams, Bono, Adam Levine, Chris Rock, Queen Latifah, Taraji P. Henson, Pink and Jennifer Hudson, reported Ace Showbiz.
In the black-and-white video, each star has listed everyday incidents which led to innocent black lives being taken, including “riding in your girlfriend’s car with a child in the back,” “making eye contact,” “on the way to Bible study,” and “attending a birthday party.”
At the end of the video, Alicia says, “Go to WeAreHereMovement.Com to tell President Obama and Congress that the time for change is now. We demand radical transformation to heal the long history of systemic racism so that all Americans have the equal right to live and to pursue happiness.”
