BFDC demands Shrine Board for Mata Maha Kali Temple

JAMMU, Mar 23: Bahu Fort Development Committee while continuing its door to door campaign organized its meeting in the village Upper Kanhal, at Bishnah and reiterated its stand on establishment of Shrine Board/Local Board for Mata Maha Kali Temple, Bahu Fort Jammu.
Speaking on the occasion, Rajeev Charak, president, BFDC, strongly condemned the negligence and ignorance of the Government towards the holy shrine of Bahu Fort. He alleged that the management of the Temple is in wrong hands, which misuse all the offerings by the pilgrims.
Charak further said that the Government should issue White Paper and give reason that why it is hesitating to constitute Shrine Board/Local Board for Mata Maha Kali Temple Bahu Fort Jammu though it has decided to constitute Board for Mata Bala Sundari and for Mata Sukrala.
He appealed the State Government and the Governor, NN Vohra, to look into their demands on immediate basis and pass orders to constitute Shrine Board/Local Board for Mata Maha Kali Temple Bahu Fort.
