BGSBU bags 19 Research Projects

JAMMU, Jan 11: In a significant achievement Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) Rajouri has bagged 19 research projects from J&K Science Technology and Innovation Council (JKST&IC) with a total grant of Rs. 121.90 lakh.
The awarded research projects are in the fields of Science and Technology, Engineering, Computer Sciences and other allied disciplines.
Prof. Akbar Masood, Vice Chancellor BGSBU congratulated the faculty members for this remarkable achievement.
He said that the award of 19 research projects in diverse fields of science and technology from JKST&IC is a recognition and reflection of the high standards of quality teaching and research done at BGSBU.
Prof. Akbar said that these projects will help to achieve a high standard of quality research, innovation, entrepreneurship and start-ups in BGSBU.
The VC while highlighting the significance of these projects for BGSBU said towards the accomplishment of Viksit Bharat@2047, research and innovation will play a pivotal role and such research projects will pave way for a highly competitive research environment in the University system.
