BGSBU holds free medical camp

RAJOURI, Mar 29: In order to provide best health care facilities for the staff, students and surrounding villagers of Dhanore, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University organized free medical camp in the University Health Centre in which a number of doctors from Delhi and other parts of country examined patients.
The camp was inaugurated by Vice Chancellor Prof Irshad Ahmad Hamal in presence of Registrar Mohammad Rashid Chowdhary, Dean Academic Affairs Prof AK Koul, Controller Examination Mohammad Ishaq, Special Secretary to Vice Chancellor Suneet Gupta along with senior officers, faculty members, other staff and students.
The camp was organised by the University Health Centre in which renowned Cardiologist Amit Bhushan Sharma of MAX Hospital Delhi along with Artho-Surgeon Sumit Bhushan Sharma, Pediatrician Dr DP Sharma and Artho Surgeon Dr Abdus Salam examined patients.
University Health Centre staff including Dr Bharat Bhushan provide assistance to the doctors in the camp.
During the camp Doctors team also performed free ECG tests to the patients. About 100 patients were medically checked which include staff, faculty members, students and residents of near by Dhanore area of Rajouri.
