JAMMU, Dec 30: The students of College of Nursing, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Rajouri, today held a protest demonstration near Press Club here against the college administration for charging excessive fee from them.
Raising slogans against the College authorities, students said that they have been overburdened by the college authorities by charging excessive fees from them. “They said that Education Minister Altaf Bhukhari has recently announced to cut down the fee by 50%. All other colleges have implemented Minister’s decision but unfortunately our college is exercising against Minister’s decision”, they added.
The protesting students urged the Government as well as the Education Minister to take a serious note of it and take appropriate steps/action against the college authorities so that no poor student have to left his/her study in the mid way due to financial burden.
