JAMMU, Jan 24: Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU), Rajouri today announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IIT Ropar.
A handout stated that this collaboration establishes the iHub – AWaDH @ IIT Ropar CPS Lab at BGSBU. Speaking on the occasion, BGSBU Vice Chancellor, Prof. Akbar Masood said that the MoU aims to nurture innovation and skill development in Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS).
He also said that the CPS Lab will serve as a hub for cutting-edge research, skill enhancement and startup exploration, contributing not only to local talent development but also to global conversations on emerging technologies.
Dr. Vishal Puri, Principal School of Engineering and Technology informed that iHub – AWaDH outreach will ensure that the benefits extend beyond the university, impacting the broader community.
