JAMMU, Nov 29: The State Government today ordered transfer and attachment of Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Faqir Chand Bhagat for alleged irregularities by him during his tenure as Director Urban Local Bodies, Jammu.
He will remain attached in the General Administration Department till pending further enquiry into the alleged irregularities committed by him in his capacity as Director Urban Local Bodies, Jammu, said a Government order issued today.
Meanwhile, the Government also ordered adjustment of two KAS officers.
Vijay Kumari Kotwal, who was awaiting orders of adjustment in the GAD, has been posted as Special Secretary technical Education, Youth Services and Sports Department while Tsering Maroop, Additional Deputy Commissioner Leh, who was under orders of transfer as member J&K Services Selection Board, shall continue as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Leh till further order.
In a separate order, Ghulam Nabi Khanday, Principal Private Secretary, awaiting orders of adjustment, has been posted as Special Assistant to Advisor to Chief Minister vice Aamir Ali, who is transferred and posted as Secretary J&K State Social Welfare Advisory Board against an available vacancy in his own pay and grade.
