Bhajan on Zala Mata yatra released

JAMMU, June 26: Today a melodious Bhajan showcasing the Yatra to Zala Mata was released in the premises of Vijeshwar Panchang Office at Ajit Colony, Jammu in presence of a large gathering by Pt. Avtar Krishan Shastri. All the guests present on the occasion expressed their desire to witness many more presentations in future too.
This audio-visual presentation was a collaborative effort of Kongposh Recording Studio and Zala Mata Samiti. The music for the Bhajan was composed and arranged by Rajesh Khar who is a music composer of an Award Winning Feature Film. The lyrics of the Bhajan- was written by P L.Bhat. The melodious singers for the Bhajan are Rajesh Khar and Pallavi Koul. The operative cameraman was Umar and the production was Managed by Sanam Sajjad, both hailing from Kashmir.
The video was edited by Rajesh Khar. The producer for the Bhajan was Rita Bhat. Talking to the reporters, Rajesh Khar and P. L. Bhat said that the Bhajan is a tribute to Zala Mata on the eve of the forthcoming Zala Devi Yatra which falls on Haare’ Chuadah that is on 5th of July, 2023. Avtar Jyotshi Shastri praised the entire production team for this novel effort which showcases almost all the holy shrines and temples adjacent to Zala Devi Shrine (Khrew), Kashmir. Rajesh Khar said that such presentations are also an effort towards making the children and youth aware of the places of religious significance for the Kashmiri Pandit community. Such efforts shall also bridge the widening gap between the young and old generation of the community by providing an insight to holy shrines on the social media network by way of an open interaction. The gathering present on the release function today was informed that this Bhajan will be played during the Zala Devi Yatra and is available for viewing and sharing on kongposh27 you tube channel. The producer, Rita Bhat also announced that many such presentations dedicated to the Kashmiri Pandit community are in making and will be released shortly.
