JAMMU, Mar 23: Minister for Housing, Horticulture, Culture & Sports, Raman Bhalla today flagged off 15th Charri Mubarak Yatra from Mahant Shri Lucky Babaji Vaishno Mandir for Sukrala Mata, Billawar.
Being organized by Lucky Baba, the yatra is observed every year in which thousands of devotees participate with great religious fervour and gaiety.
The Minister expressed hope that such religious events would further add to the peace and prosperity of the State, adding that these occasions provide us an opportunity to pure ourselves and seek divine blessings of the Goddess. He said that such celebration also help preservation of our rich cultural and traditional ethos for the posterity. It also helps in acquainting our youth with their age old culture and traditions.
At the holy temple of Sukrala Mata, the organizers of the yatra also arranged a Bandar for the devotees of the Goddess.
