JAMMU, Apr 22: Senior Congress leader and former Minister, Raman Bhalla here today inaugurated Woww Calcutta restaurant at Channi.
Woww Calcutta is also successfully running another restaurant at Nanak Nagar and is planning a restaurant at Jaipur soon.
A handout stated that Woww Calcutta is a fusion cuisine of East and North. Calcutta being the heritage city is well known for its evening snacks cuisine and Bengali delicious.
“We at Woww Calcutta have taken the initiative to promote East with the local cuisine like Dogree and Punjabi,” Management of Woww Calcutta stated in the handout adding: “Our specialty is of evening snacks which include Calcutta Kathi Roll, Vegetable Chop, Egg Devil, Mughlai Biriyani, Chicken and Mutton Kosha along with delicious Tikkas, butter Chicken, Tandoori and many more.”
They said that they will be taking some recipes of Jammu to other parts of the country where the people have no idea of Jammu delicious dishes like Khatta Meet, Kalhadi Kulcha etc.
