KISHTWAR, June 22: Babbi Bhandari has been nominated as general secretary of the Kishtwar unit of the Congress Seva Dal.
District president of the Congress Seva Dal for KIshtwar, Ravi Kumar Shan appointed Mr Bhandari as new general secretary of the district unit during a meeting held here today. Mohinder Singh Parihar senior Congress leader from the area was also present in the meeting besides other members of the district unit. Bhandari was unanimously nominated to the post.
