JAMMU, Feb 15: Dr Mandeep Kumar Bhandari, a senior IAS officer of erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir cadre (now AGMUT) was today posted to Jammu and Kashmir from the Central deputation.
However, Bhandari will join after two months as he has been sanctioned 60 days Earned Leave as end tenure leave.
He is 2001 batch IAS officer and has held various prestigious posts in Jammu and Kashmir including Divisional Commissioner Jammu, CEO Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board and Administrative Secretary Health and Medical Education.
