JAMMU, Nov 30: Senior PDP leader and party candidate from Jammu East, Bharat Chowdhary today exhorted the voters especially youth and first time voters to support a young candidate like him who they can better connect with.
While conducting door to door campaign in the city, Chowdhary visited various areas adjoining Circular Road like Jullaka Mohalla, Lower Pacci Dhaki, Peer Kho, Baba Basti, etc, where he was given a rousing reception.
Cutting across religious lines, people appreciated the fact that Bharat Chowdhary since joining PDP has visited them numerous times specially after the floods. At the same time they expressed their anger with the sitting BJP MLA for having abandoned them since last elections six years ago.
While addressing the people and interacting with them at various places, Bharat Chowdhary assured them that he will make all possible efforts to mitigate their genuine problems and will always be available to serve them.
While addressing a congregation of both girls and boys students, majority of whom were from backward Christian community, he promised that due representation will be given to the community.
