JAMMU, Dec 12: The consumers of Bharat Gas company are a harassed lot as they have not been delivered the cylinders even after three weeks of booking.
Consumers form Surya Vihar and Anand Nagar Bhori said that whenever they tried to contact the Tawi Gas agency, the distributor of the Bharat Gas, they were told that there was shortage of supply. However, they added, when they checked from the computerised bookings it was released that the cylinders were being delivered regularly. “We are surprised as whom to believe as somebody is not speaking the truth”, they said.
The consumers said, they were feeling frustrated and helpless as there was no company official available or accessible to register their complaint. They hoped that the company officials take note of the situation and they ensure that the gas cylinders were delivered to them on time and at the earliest.
