JAMMU, Sept 14: Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha from Jammu Poonch constituency, Jugal Kishore Sharma said that Bharat is on path of becoming Vishwaguru.
While attending a programme on Meri Maati Mera Desh at Jhajar Kotli and Jindrah in Nagrota constituency today, he said that Bharat is a land of diversity and ancient wisdom. It has the aspiration of becoming a “Vishwaguru”, a world leader. “Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has a great vision and its signs are always seen, also in G20 presidency. Bharat has set a milestone in history by holding G20 Summit successfully”.
Member of Parliament said that Bharat has a rich history, cultural heritage, and its potential to contribute significantly to the global stage. Bharat’s journey to becoming Vishwaguru is marked by remarkable progress in economic growth, technological advancement, and cultural diplomacy. Its contributions to the global stage are becoming increasingly evident, but the path ahead is not without obstacles. With continued dedication, visionary leadership, and a commitment to inclusivity and sustainability, Bharat has the potential to realize its dream of becoming a world leader.
Also while throwing light on the theme of the event Jugal said that “Meri Maati Mera Desh” is nationwide programme led by Bharatiya Janata Party to pay tributes to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the nation. He said that their sacrifices should always be remembered by making “Amrit Vatikas” at village & Panchayat level and also up to national level. He said that soil from every household is collected in Amrit Kalash and led to Delhi for making “Amrit Van”.
He also boosted morale of the PRIs and students present at the occasion and urged them to take part in this programme actively and reach every doorstep to collect soil for “Amrit Van”.
He collected soil from household, Panchayat Ghar and heritage Narsingh Temple at Jindrah besides planting saplings in Panchayat Ghar. He also inaugurated Shilaphalkam in Panchayat Ghar at Jhajar Kotli and pledged oath for Panch Pran of Prime Minister, Modi Ji.
ACD Jammu, Preeti Sharma, BDO Shalini Raina, BDO Jony Kumar, senior BJP leader, Nand Kishore, Tarsem Singh, Satish Jishu, Kaka Ram and others also present at the occasion.
