JAMMU, Apr 18: A meeting of Bharat Nagar Enclave, Welfare Committee (Bantalab) was held today in which various problems of the area were discussed.
The meeting demanded installation of street lights and completion of incomplete works of electric cables. The concerned authorities were asked to undertake the works immediately as people were facing many hardships.
The meeting also constituted a body with M K Pandita as its president. T L Kotwal and Pritam Singh Jamwal were elected as vice presidents. V K Bhat was elected as general secretary and Satish Kumar Mattoo as secretary. Ravi Ji Raina ad Mohan Kumar were elected as cashier and organiser respectively. Lekh Raj Kotwal, Vinod Moza, Sanjay Koul, Inderjit Koul and Ram Krishan Bhat were elected as members.
