Bharti visits Camp HSS Bohri

JAMMU, May 9: In an initiative to give impetus to Camp (Migrant) Schools in Jammu and establish them to produce better results, Member Legislative Assembly (MLC), Ajay Bharti visited Government Higher Secondary School (Camp), Bohri, while Relief Commissioner, ML Raina inspected the building and other allied infrastructure at GHSS Durga Nagar, near here today.
During his visit, Bharti interacted with the staff and students of GHSS Bohri and assured them of all possible help for the establishment of the institution.
Earlier, Principal GHSS (Camp), Bohri, Bal Ji Thaploo presented welcome address and highlighted the achievements of the school.
He also presented charter of demands to the MLC with regard to smooth and successful functioning of the school. The MLC complimented the Principal and the staff members for producing good results in 10th and 12th class examinations.
Speaking on the occasion, Bharti said that it was the moral duty of the members of displaced community to preserve these  institutions, because it were the same institutions which had served the community youth as beacon-lights to guide and goad them even in the grim atmosphere of banishment at the time of migration.
Meanwhile, at Camp HSS Durga Nagar, the Relief Commissioner (Migrants) inspected the building and interacted with the students and the staff on the occasion.
Principal of the school, Sanjay Pandita presented welcome address and apprised the Commissioner of the problems being faced by the students with regard to accommodation.
Raina assured the Principal of all possible help from Relief Organisation with regard to establishment and flourishing of the institution.
