BHBF urges BMO to implement court order

BHADERWAH, Aug 26: Bhadarwah Hospital Bachao Front (BHBF) today met Block Medical Officer (BMO), Bhaderwah and demanded implementation of Court order on the PIL filed by the Front according to which the Government has been ordered to provide round the clock emergency services besides 10 am to 4 pm OPD in the Old Sub-District Hospital Bhadarwah.
The deputation led by Front convener, Ranbir Manhas not only briefed the new BMO about the non-implementation of Court order, but also pointed out the inadequate medical facilities in the new hospital including shortage of Doctors and proper men behind the newly acquired machinery.
The BMO Anil Manhas in his reply assured the deputation that he will try to make functional the old hospital according to the Court directions within available means which according to him were not enough.
He however assured the deputation of deputing one ambulance to carry the patients from the old hospital to new hospital or to other hospitals as per the requirement besides providing an additional Doctor in the OPD in view of the rush of patients in the old hospital.
