JAMMU, Feb 21: Prof. Bhim Singh, chief patron of National Panthers Party (NPP) has urged Governor, N N Vohra to dissolve the State Assembly as it has not been even notified or gazetted since it was kept under suspension because no single party or even alliance or unholy alliance who are in a situation to form even a loose Government in nearly two months.
Giving extraordinary concession to the vested political interests shall prove counter productive to democratic values and could harm the interest of the State and peace. He said that PDP backed by the Hurriyat and hostile elements shall not be able to coexist or cook their broth together in the same kettle which is obvious and has surfaced publicly. How RSS has infiltrated publicly in the ongoing unholy and undesirable negotiations must be understood in its true perspective by the Governor who has tremendous experience about the functioning of the RSS and its interest in J&K.
Prof. Bhim Singh said that anymore time to BJP and PDP shall be disastrous to the unity and the integrity. He said hawks and dubs in other words wolves and lamb can never coexist. It will be a dangerous experiment and should be closed once for all. The only way is fresh elections so that the people feel secured and peace and democracy are given a fresh chance. He said that Parliament should act wisely and act boldly to amend Article 370 by reorganisation of State so that both the identities and entities say Kashmir Valley and Jammu Pradesh shall get their due share in power, development and history.
