Bhim campaigns for NPP candidates in Akhnoor, Khour

JAMMU, Dec 13:  Chief patron of National Panthers Party Prof Bhim Singh visited several areas in Chhamb  Akhnoor, Pargwal along International Border in  Jammu seeking support of the electorates for the Panthers Party.
NPP leader was accompanied by Gunwant Singh, Provincial general secretary,  Pushvinder Manhas, working president, Young Panthers, Sewa Singh Bali, general secretary, Panthers Trade Union and others.  Pushvinder Manhas is contesting from Akhnoor constituency against the Congress Minister, whereas Janak Raj is contesting in reserved constituency against the Dy Chief Minister.
Prof Singh accused NC-Congress Government for betraying the people residing along International Border and reminded that  Sonia Gandhi, Dr Manmohan Singh and Mufti Mohd Sayeed had signed a CMP on October 26, 2002 to provide free land to each family residing within the shelling range so that each family can have social security to live. He said that Congress, NC and PDP were the mother of Bill No.9 (Resettlement Act) which provides permit to nearly 5 lakh Pakistanis to return to Jammu and resettle here.
He declared that the state organized by Maharaja Gulab Singh between 1820 and 1842 (Jammu State shall be revived as Jammu Dogra Pahari State). He said that Article 370 is dangerous to the National integration and has to be amended to provide power to the Parliament to legislate in respect of J&K for complete integration of the State.
Mr Singh appealed the youth, farmers, the working class, the women and the students to join the movement of the Panthers Party for the reorganization of the State so that every citizen including  Pak refugees, POK DPs, the migrants shall enjoy equality before the law, full citizenship and right to live with dignity.
