JAMMU, Apr 6:  Prof Bhim Singh, Panthers Party candidate from Udhampur Parliamentary constituency threw an open challenge to Narendra Modi and Rahul Gandhi to join him from a common platform to discuss challenges before India in its foreign policy, internal and external security, social security for unemployed youth, corruption, terrorism and communalism.
Addressing election rallies at Chenani, Sudhmahadev, Mantalai, Sira, Latti, Jakhed, Kirchi, Dudu, Basantgarh, Gandhtop, Majouri and finally Ramnagar,  Prof Bhim Singh told the electorates that Congress and NC have strengthened the roots of corruption and terrorism in the State. He accused the BJP of playing communal card during election to help NC in Kashmir valley and BJP in Jammu.
Prof Bhim Singh accused the coalition Government of letting loose anarchy and promote terrorism in the State.  He said that from Paddar to Kishtwar, Kishtwar to Doda, Bhaderwah and from Pul-Doda to Chenani, Sudhmahadev and Ramnagar, 90 percent villagers have been without electricity, drinking water, no teachers in the school and no doctors in Government dispensaries.  The farmers and villagers are the most hit in the villages and there is none to listen to their woes, he lamented.
Prof  Bhim Singh claimed that it was Panthers Party alone which fought for justice to the unemployed, SPOs, VDCc, NYC volunteers, home guards, daily-wagers and working class from the street to Supreme Court. It is only Panthers Party which has been fighting against the anti-national polices of the Government and fighting against the culprits to bring them to justice, he added.
Those who were accompanied by Prof Bhim Singh included R P Sharma, Kuldeep Singh, Dhani Ram Atri, Sarpanch Shanker Singh, Sarpanch Sudesh Kumar, Sarpanch Jagdish Sharma and others.
