page3-2JAMMU, Dec 28: National Panthers Party chief patron Prof Bhim Singh has alleged that interim report of Justice Gandhi on Kishtwar violence was totally invalid as it has neither been properly signed by Justice ( Retd) R C Gandhi nor it was presented before the Cabinet.
Taking to media-persons here today, Prof Singh termed the so called interim report of Justice Gandhi as mirage which was prompted by the Chief Minister only to accommodate his Minister. He said that the Kishtwar riot case is being heard by the Supreme Court of India. The NPP leader called upon the J&K Governor N N Vohra to take appropriate cognizance in the matter.
Prof Singh also accused BJP of playing double standards vis-à-vis Article 370. He said that BJP’s nominated premier called for a debate on the issue clearly indicating that   he has no mind on the abrogation of the said article. The BJP in Jammu has now started beating about the bush. The fact is that BJP and NC are playing hide and seek game with the people of Jammu. Both are exploiting people on the name of article 370, the NPP leader maintained.
