He reminded the PM that the meeting was held at the official residence of Sonia Gandhi at the time of finalization of CMP. The CMP was signed by Dr Manmohan Singh, on behalf of the Indian National Congress, Mufti Mohd. Sayeed, himself, Yousuf Tarigami in the presence of Sonia Gandhi. Dr Manmohan Singh addressed a press conference with all the coalition partners promising among other things to hold delimitation of Assembly Constituencies in J&K and constitute a Minority Commission in order to give full protection to the minority and safeguard their rights in J&K.
