Bhushan Kumar, Gippy Grewal’s next ‘Daaka’ goes on floors

NEW DELHI: Following their announcement to produce Punjabi films together, Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Punjabi singer-actor Gippy Grewal’s Humble Motion Pictures first joint production ‘Daaka’ goes on floors on Thursday.
After ‘Jatt James Bond’, Gippy Grewal and Zarine Khan will be seen together again in this heist film.
The shoot for ‘Daaka’ begins in Chandigarh today which is directed by Baljit Singh Deo, who last directed Gippy’s Manje Bistre.
The story is written by Gippy Grewal himself while the dialogues are by Naresh Kathooria.
Bhushan Kumar took to his social media and shared the news of his collaboration with Punjabi singer-actor Gippy Grewal.
Sharing the news on Twitter, Bhushan Kumar captioned it, “Happy to announce that Gippy Paaji & I are jointly producing #Daaka which goes on floors today! @igippygrewal @zareen_khan @TSeries #HumbleMotionPictures #BaljitSinghDeo #KrishanKumar #RavneetKaurGrewal”.
Recently, the filmmaker had also announced a new flick titled ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’ starring Kartik Aryan, Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya Pandey.
2019 looks like a year full of movies as Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series is all set to treat the audience with films like ‘Rule Breakers’, ‘Batla House’, ‘Bharat’, ‘Arjun Patiala’, ‘Taanaji’, ‘De De Pyar De’, ‘Kabir Singh’ to name a few.
The film ‘Daaka’ is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Gippy Grewal, and Ravneet Kaur Grewal.
