JAMMU, Nov 25: The Travel & Tourism Exhibition, India Travel Mart (ITM) Jammu received over whelming response from Jammuites and visitors from Katra, Patnitop, Kashmir, Ladakh, Punjab and other nearby cities.
Various tour organizers and travel agents from Tourism Federation Jammu, Tourism Travel Trade of Bhaderwah, Bhaderwah Patnitop Travel Trade Association, JATO and AITA network with their families visited the ITM along with corporate, business houses, shoppers, frequent travellers and others in large numbers and booked holiday and tour packages for various tourist destinations across India.
Mementos and travel promotion certificates were given today.
On this occasion J&K Tourism was conferred Best Stall Award, Rajasthan Tourism, Best Tourism Showcased Award and Delhi Tourism, Best Publicity Material Award while Jharkhand and Gujarat Tourism were given Best Destination Information Award.
Residents of Jammu, Katra, Patnitop, Kashmir, Ladakh, Punjab and other nearby cities came in large number and got attracted by discounted packages for their winter holidays and weekend getaways, lucky draw coupons and much more.
