SAMBA, Apr 8: A bike rider was killed after a speeding bus JK08C 9799 hit two wheeler bearing Registration Number JK21F 8201 which was coming from opposite direction at the Sarore Toll Plaza National Highway under Bari Brahmana Police Station area today.
The deceased has been identified as Vimal Kumar, son of Bodh Raj of Upper Barnai Jammu. Bari Brahmana Police reached the spot and took cognizance of the matter. His body was shifted to Bari Brahmana Hospital for post mortem.
After the post mortem, the dead body was handed over to family members for last rites. In this regard, Bari Brahmana police have registered a case and started further investigation.
