JAMMU, Mar 13: An AGM of Birpur Small Scale Industries Association (SSIA) was held today in their office at Birpur Industrial Area, Bari Brahmana.
The annual accounts report was read out and discussed between the members and the office bearers of the association. The long awaited elections which were pending due to COVID pandemic were announced.
Election Committee was formed and Davinder Gandotra and SC Dutta were nominated as Election Commissioners for smooth conducting of elections. This association has a history of unanimous elections of office bearers and the Election Commissioners after the discussion with the house, announced the results of the elections unanimously.
Deepak Dhawan was declared as new president, Ankur Jain – senior vice president, Jatin Sachdeva – vice president, Gagan Jain- general secretary and Sharad Malhotra as secretary-cum-treasurer.
