JAMMU, Aug 31: BJP’s State convenor Local Bodies Cell, Deepak Gupta in consultation with BJP’s State incharge All Cells, S. Varinderjit Singh nominated district team of the Cell for Samba district.
While announcing the district team, Deepak Gupta said that in view of the approaching elections for the urban local bodies and Panchayat, it becomes utmost necessary to activate the party activists and look after the various issues of public and party regarding the elections.
He expressed confidence that the formation of the district team will help in streamlining the preparations for the elections at the ground level. He said that the party poses full faith in the new team for their effective work and contribution in elections process.
Ajay Gupta has been nominated as the convenor of the Cell for the Samba district, Virender Sharma and Rajesh Singh will work as the co-convenors of the Cell. Rajesh Kumar will contribute as the media secretary whereas Sinder Pal will work as publicity secretary of the Cell. Gagan Singh, Rajinder Sharma, Pawan Anand and Hakiqat Raj are nominated as members of the Cell for Samba district.
