JAMMU, Mar 27: BJP has appointed Zulfkar Ali Mumtaz as State vice president of its Minority Morcha.
This was stated in a party handout issued here, today.
His appointment was made by party president, Ravinder Raina in consultation with BJP general secretary (org), Ashok Koul. Zulfkar is son of veteran Pahari leader, Mumtaz Ahmed Khan.
