Party to cross 50 plus mark in J&K: Raina

Jammu, Mar 10: Dancing to the beats of dolaks, jubilant BJP workers celebrated the party’s impressive show in four of the five states where elections were held recently.
The party’s chief for Jammu and Kashmir, Ravinder Raina said it will cross the 50-plus mark in the Assembly elections in the Union Territory and will register a “landslide victory” to form its Government here.

Hundreds of workers and leaders assembled at the party’s State Headquarters in Trikuta Nagar and danced to the dolak beats. They raised pro-BJP and pro-Modi slogans, and chanted ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ amid shouts of “Ab ki bar 50 ke paar”, making their intentions clear.
“It clearly shows the victory of developmental agenda of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. People voted for the BJP for peace, security and development,” Raina told reporters here.
Ravinder Raina, said that this is the victory of development which has outlived the politics of nepotism, hooliganism and mis-governance. He said that people have chosen the public centric policies of BJP led by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. People have defeated forces which thrived on the corruption and casteism and have voted in favour of better society.
In the energetic celebrations outside the BJP office in Jammu, he thanked the people for the massive verdict to Yogi Adityanath and PM Modi and added that the BJP has worked with mission of “Sabka, Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwaas”.
“Modi Ji’s policies have benefitted everyone especially those who needed them the most but were denied justice over the years due to self-centric politics of parties like Congress” Raina said.
Raina said that these results have further boosted the morale of BJP workers in J&K and in the upcoming Assembly elections here, the BJP will form its Government with thumping majority.
BJP leaders led by party President Ravinder Raina, former Dy. Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta, former Minister Sat Sharma and others danced on the tunes of traditional drums at the party headquarter, while there were celebrations by BJP leaders and activists in every part of Jammu & Kashmir.
BJP leaders also burst fire crackers and distributed sweets among themselves to celebrate the results.
Ashok Koul attributed the splendid results to the dedication of BJP workers who continuously work for the nation and the society without caring for their self interests. He thanked the voters of these states for posing faith in the BJP leadership led by PM Modi ji and said that these results have shown the mood of voters for the 2024 elections.
In Srinagar, former legislator and senior BJP leader Surinder Ambardar led the victory march with the party workers dancing in celebration.
The BJP workers also danced and exchanged sweets in Kathua, Samba, Udhampur, Kishtwar, Katra, Reasi and Rajouri districts.
