BJP celebrates swearing in of Modi, induction of Dr Singh in Ministry

JAMMU, May 26: BJP activist today celebrated the swearing in of Narendra Modi as 15th Prime Minister of India and induction of party MP from Kathua-Doda Constituency, Dr Jitendra Singh as Minister of State with independent Charge in the Modi Government.
In this connection a grand function was held at party headquarters here this evening in which a large number of partymen participated.
The main celebrations were held under Jammu West district President Subash Jandial.
Speaking on the occasion, Subash Jandial said that the new era of rising India has commenced with the advent of Narendra Modi’s Prime Ministership and   frustrations, helplessness and hopelessness of the common man on account of price-rise, lack of employment avenues etc. are going to be the things of past.
Retd. IGP and party leader Farooq Khan said that Modi and BJP’s electoral victory has sent a message of stability and firm governance to the economy of the country which has resulted in appreciation of rupee’s value in the International market and rise in the index of share price. He said that Modi’s reputation as being able, firm and decisive administrator has preceded him to the PM’s Office and economy has started looking up and price line has started holding.
Chander Mohan Sharma, Chander Mohan Gupta, Sat Sharma CA, Balbir Ram Rattan, Naresh Dogra, Jaidev Rajwal, Brig. Anil Gupta, Arvind Gupta, Surinder Choudhary, Jeet Angral, Ashwani Khosla, Rajkumar, Vijay Choudhary, Anil Gupta, Narottam Sharma, Ajay Vaid, Dinesh Sharma, Subash Sharma, Rakesh Gupta, Ashish Sareen, Bhanu Jasrotia, Lalit Sharma and others took part in the celebrations.
To celebrate the swearing in ceremony of Narendra Modi country’s 15th Prime Minister BJYM activists took out a bike/car rally in the city. The rally was named as Yuva Vijay rally which was led by BJYM district Jammu president Ishant Gupta along with vice president Shaturujeet Singh. The rally covered the areas of Greater Kailash, Sanik Colony, Channi Himmat, Trikuta Nagar and Gandhi Nagar.
The rally among others was addressed by Rajeev Charak, Yudhvir Sethi, Ravinder Raina, BJYM State chief and Ajay Pargal. They congratulated people for landslide victory of the Party and also hailed the induction of Dr Jitendra Singh in Council of Ministers.
BJP Industrial Cell also celebrated the occasion at Transport Nagar Narwal. The party men led by convener Industrial Cell Vikram Randhawa danced to the beating of drums, distributes sweets and burst crackers.
BJP Kathua unit also celebrated swearing in of Narendra Modi as Prime Minister of the country and induction of Dr Jitendra Singh a representative of Kathua -Doda Constituency in Council of Ministers.
BJP Udhampur Unit led by Pawan Gupta and Pawan Khajuria also celebrated swearing in ceremony of Mr Modi as country’s new PM. The party activists danced to the beating of drums and burst crackers. Speaking on the occasion Mr Gupta said a new era of prosperity and progress has started with taking over of Mr Modi as PM.
Dachhan unit of BJP led by its Kishtwar district vice president Th Ravi Kumar also celebrated the swearing in of Narendra Modi as country’s new PM and induction of Dr Jitendra Singh as Minister of State in Council of Ministers.
BJP unit Bhaderwah also celebrated the taking over Mr Modi as new PM of the country and induction of Dr Jitendra Singh in Union Council of Ministers. The BJP leaders Manjit Kumar Razdhan, Satish Chander Kotwal,  Koshal Yogi and others distributed sweets among the people.
BJP activists led by Shakti Parihar also celebrated the occasion and congratulated the people for the victory of party in elections.
Kashmir BJP Migrant Cell held a function here today in which the occasion was celebrated. The function was led by Bharat Bushan Gosani, its convener. BJP Mahila Morcha leader Sheela Handoo also congratulated the people for party’s landslide victory.
Party Migrant Cell also held a function at Jagti township in the evening and celebrated the swearing in of Narendera Modi as PM and induction of Dr Singh in Union Council of Ministers.
The function was led by T N Bhat and Raju Sehgal.
Meanwhile, KPC held a function at New Delhi to celebrate the swearing in ceremony of Mr Modi and induction of Dr Jitendra Singh from J&K in Council of Ministers. The function was chaired by KPC chief Kundan Kashmiri who said that Dr Singh represents every community in the State of J&K and is respected by all communities alike. He said KPs consider him their representative in Parliament as well as Council of Ministers.
All Displaced Kashmiri Employees Forum led by M K Tickoo and its general secretary M K Razdhan have also welcomed the taking over of Mr Modi as PM of country and induction of Dr Singh in Union Council of Ministers.
